Paella. ¿Alguna vez has probado la paella? Teresa: Buenos dias. Empleado: Buenos dias, ¿en que puedo ayudarle? Although the place of origin of this famous dish is Valencia, each region has its own paella. You can prepare it using fish or meat. The only indispensable ingredient is “rice”. But the paella is more than a dish it’s a tradition, people eat it on Sundays, to celebrate birthdays, family meetings, when you go to the countryside to spend a day and especially in summer time. We take the old paellera (a round flat pan) out of the garage and prepare a paella in the garden, something similar to what American people do with barbecues. To prepare a paella is not easy but I’m a good cook and I’ve decided to share my recipe with you, you can find it in my blog “resources for students” pictures are included to make it easier. First of all we are going to buy all we need to cook a paella, one of fish. Teresa: Good morning. Shop assistant: Good morning, Can I help you?. Teresa: Yes, please.
