Tina L. Horton-Quant is an Author & CEO of Quant S.O.A.R., Is a loving wife, and mother of 2 adult children. As a survivor of foster care her business is now serving foster youth aging out of the system, she knows what they face the trauma, heartache, pain, and pressures they endure while in care and this experience is her WHY. Tina’s first book entitled “Live to fly learn to Soar” is an inspiring human who lives to enrich the lives of foster children. Her story truly resonates with all who experience hurting and feeling abandoned, neglected, or abused. Tina’s book uplifts and gives hope that anyone is capable of soaring. She is now embarking on another book as a part of an anthology entitled “Breaking The Silence: Voices of Survivors” due to release in December 2023 in it she shares her efforts of championing childhood trauma triumphantly.
