As David prepares to die he calls his son Solomon to his side to share with him his final instructions. David reminds Solomon that as long as he and his descendants follow the commands of God there will always be a member of their household on the throne of Israel. David wants his lasting impact on his son to be encouraging him to follow God. We also are all leaving a legacy in the lives of those we know. What kind of legacy are you leaving?
