You don't have to think too hard to know that one of the core aspects of the furry fandom is... well... fur! A vast majority of the fursonas, art, and other persons, places, and things in the fandom are all covered in fluffy, colorful fur! But there is a group of furries that do away with this concept, and forgo including fur and even skin in their character designs.
