Facilities Five and Dime: The Podcast on Church Facility Stewardship Smart Church Solutions Team Facilities Five and Dime: The Podcast on Church Facility Stewardship isn’t your typical podcast. Like the old five-and-dime stores—where merchants had to know a little bit about everything—we step into the world of facility stewardship with curiosity, grit, and a touch of storytelling flair. Each episode digs into real stories, lessons learned, and surprising turns behind the buildings we use every day. From unseen risks hidden in cooling towers to potential poor communication within a maintenance team, we uncover how small details and overlooked systems can have significant consequences. Along the way, we tie in history, best practices, and practical wisdom that will equip facility teams, leaders, and everyday stewards to care well for the spaces entrusted to them.Think of it as a place where curiosity meets expertise, and where every aisle is stocked with a new story you didn’t expect—but one you’ll never forget. To jump-start yo TalkswithTamron Tamron Little We all have a story to tell. Well this is my story and I’m sticking to it! Come along with me as I share my journey as a cancer survivor who was given 18months to live. Look at me now!! Each episode I will share lessons I’ve learned, inspiring gems, and some good ole encouragement. Let’s talk sister! The Legends of King Arthur and His Knights by Sir James Knowles Loyal Books MANUAL OF SURGERY, OXFORD MEDICAL PUBLICATIONSBY ALEXIS THOMSON, F.R.C.S.Ed.PREFACE TO SIXTH EDITION Much has happened since this Manual was last revised, and many surgical lessons have been learned in the hard school of war. Some may yet have to be unlearned, and others have but little bearing on the problems presented to the civilian surgeon. Save in its broadest principles, the surgery of warfare is a thing apart from the general surgery of civil life, and the exhaustive literature now available on every aspect of it makes it unnecessary that it should receive detailed consideration in a manual for students. In preparing this new edition, therefore, we have endeavoured to incorporate only such additions to our knowledge and resources as our experience leads us to believe will prove of permanent value in civil practice. For the rest, the text has been revised, condensed, and in places rearranged. Lessons Learned From... Jenny Muchnikoff Everyone's life is constantly changing and evolving. Someone could be saying 'yes' to a new opportunity, while someone else could be dealing with a period of heartbreak and sorrow. My point being; we're all on our own journeys. But while life comes at us all fast, this podcast is meant to be a space to press pause. During each episode, I'll reflect on the lessons learned from my life, talking about my experience with everything from more serious topics like loss and mental health to sillier ones like the worst first dates of my life as well as ones I think every 20-something can relate to, like navigating my quarter life crisis. I hope to create a place where everyone can grow together and take away something from each episode, whether it be a much-needed laugh, a good cry, some free advice, or even a little bit of inspiration.
