Show Notes:

Music has such a powerful impact on us as individuals! I'm sure there are songs that carried you through challenges, or remind you of a season of life, taking you right back there when you hear the first few notes! In this episode, we reminisce on our own teen years as we were taken back in time watching the Superbowl Halftime Show last sunday! From realizing the depth and meaning of lyrics we had on CD (probably a mix CD labeled with a sharpie) to understanding the importance music has in your own teens lives, there is so much to bond over in this episode! Connecting to who you were as a teen, what it means to have role models that change their lives in pursuit of their passions, and knowing that we can make music an opportunity to understand our kids better, what they are going through, and come together around the amazing self expression that is music!

02:30 Listening to the lyrics we used to listen to as teens.
