Buddha said a beautiful thing: “Listen to people with a beginner's mind” If we can be present and if we're in a good practice of Mindfulness, Meditation or any other modality that gets you into a present state, you can really listen to someone, their perspective, and where they're at as though you've never heard it before. Our brains are trying to complete things... They're trying to finish things. They're trying to guess They're gauging many things at once.
