Michigan Department of Health  and Human Services launches 24/7 crisis text line for Michiganders  experiencing mental health issues during pandemic. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer  creates the Michigan COVID-19 Office of Accountability to oversee all  spending addressing pandemic, extends more mitigation efforts.
