The process of creating a habitat in which you can remove your armor and BE… while the rest of the world rages on. We’ve talked about Olympians training for 10000 hours in order to perform at the crucial moment that they need too. You can say that they built a habitat for themselves that was uncomfortable so that when tested that could comfortably shine. Never underestimate the feeling that is comfort… but never forget that you have create that comfort in a habitat that may not be comfortable at all?
