Have you ever gone somewhere and found yourself completely out of your element... so much so it was uncomfortable but you had to stay awhile to people watch? The Sugar Honey Iced Tea: COMFORT. In order to define comfort… I thought I’d start with the definition of habitat. a : the place or environment where a plant or animal naturally or normally lives and grows b : the typical place of residence of a person or a group the arctic habitat of the Inuit c : a housing for a controlled physical environment in which people can live under surrounding inhospitable conditions (as under the sea) I suppose that in order to gain comfort… you’ve got to undergo a degree of discomfort. The process of creating a habitat in which you can remove your armor and BE… while the rest of the world rages on. We’ve talked about Olympians training for 10000 hours in order to perform at the crucial moment that they need too. You can say that they built a habitat for themselves that was uncomfortable so that when tested that could comfortably shine. Never underestimate the feeling that is comfort… but never forget that you have create that comfort in a habitat that may not be comfortable at all?
