Love to the Bone

How can you connect to the story of your past, your ancestry, the beings you carry with you in your DNA? And how can you love yourself and accept yourself just as you are on your path to radical self-love? 

As we enter into Circle today, we'll connect to the cycle of our breath, we'll connect to our bones, and we'll connect to the stories they hold, the story of who we are. Many spiritual circles focus on ideas of ascension or leaving the body, but today I'll guide you to connect deeper to yourself and examine the intelligence that is already within you, not outside of you. Let's take the time to look inward and look back, finding wisdom, finding guidance, on our path forward.
