Love What You Brew, with ROMMEL NG

It's Christmas week! The old normal would have moved us to different places for our customary get togethers - A lot of food to fill our hearts content! Well, 2020 is kinda different, it did change a lot of our old Christmas traditions and significantly changed the way we celebrate our Noche Buena. We invited Buffalo's Wings N' Things President and The Resto Coach Founder Rommel Ng to give us his take on how we can creatively celebrate the season while leveraging on the dramatic changes that happened on how food is served to us! Digital style! Coach Rommel was shaped and molded by more than two decades of working in different restaurants, rising from being a crew member in Jollibee, to becoming one of Outback Steakhouse’s youngest Managing Partners and eventually the Regional Operating Partner for the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. He was also the former Director of Business Development and Franchising, Business Unit General Manager and Director of International Operations of Shakey’s. As founder of The Resto Coach, Coach Rommel aims to share his restaurant and leadership knowledge and experience with other aspiring resto entrepreneurs in order to create a more collaborative industry which will continue to thrive for many years to come.
