Low Self-Esteem: A Case Study

Meet Jimmy. He is a classic case of someone who would be described as suffering from low self-esteem. What are the implications for saying that someone’s problem is their low self-esteem? Counselor and author, David Powlison begins to challenge us in thinking through how descriptions masquerading as explanations (i.e. Jimmy’s “low self-esteem”) can be engaged with a biblical worldview.
