A while ago one of the biggest global consultancy companies, PWC said that they would no longer insist on a university grade 2.1 or higher when looking to recruit staff. It’s a sign that the power pendulum between employers and employees has shifted noticeably towards workers. But will it dilute productivity and even profits? Cillian McEvoy from the headhunters Robert Half  spoke to Joe on the show this morning.
