Following a successful stint with a leadership consulting firm, Patrick found himself navigating the challenges of the 2020 pandemic. This led him to pursue his entrepreneurial journey and launch Loyalty Point Leadership. This episode delves into Patrick's journey from military service to becoming a coach and public speaker.
