Adriana explica que as mulheres acumulam diferentes atividade ao longo da vida e, nesse momento de crise na saúde, também acabam por serem afetadas devido aos compromissos que envolvem trabalho, família e casa. Como lidar com a sobrecarga psicológica e emocional neste momento? "Para as mulheres, de forma geral, existe uma cobrança interna muito grande e de ser boa em tudo no que faz. Esse momento de pandemia também nos sinaliza e traz o convite a refletir sobre o que, realmente, importa em nossa vida. Quais são nossas prioridades. A gente precisa focar no que importa", orienta. E Adriana também orienta: "É necessário tirar o pé do acelerador e flexibilizar nossas demandas de vida. Não vai dar pra fazer tudo que pensamos", defende. Acompanhe a entrevista completa!
