Make sure you've got a positive attitude and demeanor and spread it. What to do when the world drops in on you? So far in our series we've talked about the need to "get away." Separate yourself from the problem even if only for a few minutes. Take enough time to clear your head and get your emotions out of the mix. Next, refocus on your goal, get your eyes off the problem long enough to remember why you started the journey in the first place. Yesterday we began fixing the problem by focusing on the solution not the problem. Today, we let our positive attitude become contagious and defeat the problem.
