Rodney Hinton, Jr. entered a not guilty plea after a grand jury indicted him on an aggravated murder charge with death penalty specifications in the death of Deputy Larry Henderson. Hinton is accused of intentionally running his car into Henderson hours after watching body camera video of a Cincinnati police officer fatally shooting his son. Hinton's lawyer says his mental state will be an issue at trial.
