Welcome to our first segment on Mental Health, this week 😊 In today's chat, we're talking about not sweating the small stuff. While the details may carry significance, not every detail counts. For those of us who pay attention to the particulars, letting go of the small things is a journey on its own -- but it's worth taking. A lot of us make a big deal out of things that will bear no significance in 5 years. In fact, that's a great gauge to determine the reaction that is warranted. If you find yourself overreacting, it's time to ask yourself: is it the outcome that frustrates you, or the reality that outcomes are largely outside your realm of control? We can push for excellence, but it's important to recognize that much of this life is an exchange. Outcomes are a byproduct of effort, hope, and desires, as much as it is interactions, limitations, and circumstance. So put your best forward and be okay with how the story unfolds... You'll discover that things have a way of turning out exactly the way they are supposed to. Any questions?
