What you actually want to achieve out of it? So if you are a mortgage broker go to the high level one, if you're wanting to network in the property industry, then go for property-specific networking but more of a high level and try and contact them and try and find out what their niches.  Reinvesting in you. Take time to reinvest in yourself and go and pay for those high training courses and get that knowledge and them come back to the business world and apply that knowledge because by doing this, you will become very successful.  Focus on the service, the education and try to be the best version of you and the money just always come.  If it feels right, go for it. There is no right or wrong advice in property and there's no right or wrong property to buy.  Become an expert in your area.
