What are you hearing in terms of moves like that?</p> </li> <li><p>There’s also the possibility, inadvertently or not, of people talking to individuals at another company and trying to get them to change companies - especially in cases where certain companies need certain types of people. What are you hearing about people being targeted for jobs at other companies?</p> </li> <li><p>It used to be that people were getting a new job for a substantial raise, thus the great resignation. Now it seems like people are getting a new job for job security - is that the way to go if they don’t feel settled in their current position?</p> </li> </ol>
