<p>Charlie Saffro - CEO - CS Consulting - Chicago, IL </p> <ol> <li><p>Charlie, we’re seeing lots of layoffs and obviously some repositioning of a lot of pieces right now - how hectic is the world of recruiting at the moment?</p> </li> <li><p>One of the interesting points we talked about on a show last week was high level executives moving from one company to another - like the head of Uber Freight going to Flexport.  What are you hearing in terms of moves like that?</p> </li> <li><p>There’s also the possibility, inadvertently or not, of people talking to individuals at another company and trying to get them to change companies - especially in cases where certain companies need certain types of people.  What are you hearing about people being targeted for jobs at other companies?</p> </li> <li><p>It used to be that people were getting a new job for a substantial raise, thus the great resignation.  Now it seems like people are getting a new job for job security - is that the way to go if they don’t feel settled in their current position?</p> </li> </ol>
