Modern Education: Learn to Break Down Barriers | Deconstructing the Limitations of Pride & Prejudice

from Support, Protect, Empower - The Project Purpose Podcast · host Rachelle Innocent

#Education #NoPride #NoPrejudice  Hello Everyone!   Welcome to our first segment on Education, this week 😊   In today's discussion, we're talking about how mindfulness, can help us stay open to new and unfamiliar people, places and experiences.   The mind is a beautiful aspect of existing to consider. What we talk less about are the processing mechanisms, the cognitions, that help us, but can also serve to hurt us.   This is specifically the limits we place on ourselves, when we operate in the world around us from a place of pride and prejudice. There's so much we are closed off to, when we don't actively make the choice to stay open, stay receptive and learn.   Give yourself permission to grow. Allow yourself to believe for things that will propel you forward, not just in your way of being, but also your way of thinking.  #Education #Creativity #Ingenuity #RulesofEngagement #PsychologicalSafety #HealthyEnvironments #SafeSpaces #Development #ThoughtExploration #ThoughtExperimentation  Do you have any questions regarding our resilience-building, parent-child workshops?
