This week, Da7e and Neil move from Westeros to the Monsterverse as Apple TV's Monarch: Legacy of Monsters returns for its second season.In The Calm [06:24], they recap the story so far and piece together where the events of season one (and season two's premiere) fit on the larger timeline of Legendary's Titan-filled story world. They also discuss Kong Skull Island and how Kong and his neighborhood have evolved since the 2017 film.Then in The Storm [59:32], they look ahead to episode two and beyond, attempting to predict what will be this season's big technological MacGuffin. They also discuss a few wild theories about where this series may ultimately end.And finally, in a very special new segment called The Godzilla Project [01:16:20], Da7e leads Neil through Session Zero of a new "Kids on Bikes"-inspired roleplaying experience.
