The average interest rates paid by mortgage holders in Ireland has actually fallen - despite 2 large rate hikes in 6 weeks by the ECB. Ireland has traditionally paid twice the Eurozone average for their home loans. Is this the start of normalisation of Irish rates or just a blip? For more on this Joe spoke to Trever Grant the chair of the Association of Irish Mortgage Advisors.
