Mothers & Daugthers

In this episode, the girls break down an article about relationships between mothers and daugthers and how that relationship helps or hurts our future relationships. The article that’s referrenced specifically is titled “The Strained Relationship Between Black Mothers and Their Daugthers”. This article and episode is in NO way bashing black mothers. But it simply opens up some necessary wounds to help us all heal (if need be). As mothers, we are sometimes a direct reflection of who our mothers were as women, sisters, friends and of course moms. If there’s a way for us to discuss and break toxic cycles, let’s do it! After all, that’s a part of what this show was created to do. Hope you enjoy!
