(((HEADPHONES STRONGLY RECOMMENDED)))

This week, the Mouse Lounge takes you behind the scenes of Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. Join your host in the first of a four part series in the Keys to the Kingdom tour.

Each week, in From the Vault we sample a clip from a classic Disney film, short, television or radio program, or Disneyland Record. This week, since we've begun summer, let's spend some time with Donald on his vacation, circa 1947 on NBC Radio's Story Shop.

From the Disney Family Museum: On November 15, 1965, Walt, Roy, and Governor Hayden Burns held a press conference at Orlando's Cherry Plaza Hotel. Have a seat amongst the reporters and listen in as Walt discusses plans for The Florida Project.

Each week we present a high definition ride-through from a Disney Park East or a Disney Park West. This week from 2008's DPN Westfest, enjoy a packed and enthusiastic theater in Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room. This is a Mouse Lounge Mega Mix which makes use of both live and on board recordings of the attraction.

We'll close this week's show with a collaboration between Thomas Newman and Peter Gabriel. From the Wall-E soundtrack enjoy Down to Earth the haunting Horizon 12.2 by Thomas Newman.

Enjoy!
