Beavers says the course is designed to equip both singles and couples with relationship readiness. “They need to understand there’s work that has to be done,” she says, “and also understand they have a clear path regarding what that work is.” The first module of Rich Relationship Refuge is Identity Rehab, which is designed for singles to get to know themselves and married couples to learn what they have in common. Identity Rehab encompasses 18 lessons, surrounding topics including values, communication, love, fear, and trust. “If you don’t know who you are, you can’t fully give of yourself in a relationship, so we really want people to develop their own personality,” Beavers says. Next in Rich Relationships Refuge is The Oneness Code, which says the marriage relationship requires three to become one: God, the husband, and the wife. There are six lessons surrounding topics including prayer, and empathy. Beavers says The Oneness Code will be a live session in which the coaches will walk participants through the Beavers’ Oneness Code Workbook and center on the mechanics and tools couples need to navigate healthy relationships.
