Growing up in the beautiful Silicon Valley of California, this former Beauty Queen has not only seen a lot, but has also been through a lot in almost every decade of her life!  Despite every trial, hardship and devastation, she made it through and pushed to keep on living.  Behind the smiles of a beauty queen, behind the out-spoken speech-maker in the church, and behind seemingly healthy relationships, she suffered seasons of bruising, brokenness and fear!  Her survival? Dance in its most purist and artistically expressed form, and an un-explainable intimacy with God and God alone…..

The youngest of five siblings, Sherida, received her undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice and Dance at San Jose State University in California. She followed that completion with receiving her Masters Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Policy from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA.   Soon after, she was licensed as a Minister of Dance in 2006. Sherida was later publicly confirmed as an Apostle in 2009.

Prophetically gifted with a strong Seer anointing, Sherida was led to the ministry of the Worship Arts starting at the age of 17. She has birthed incredible and creative choreography and has been a principal dancer and director for both major and minor productions throughout the United States and Internationally.  She has traveled abroad for evangelistic missions, teaching, preaching and dancing to places such as Israel, Ghana, West Africa, Canada, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Hawaii and more.  As in international choreographer and a licensed worship arts educator, she has even birthed & sustained several ministries under her first and continuing love, Passion 4 Worship Dance Ministries International, now known as Passion 4 Worship International, a global 5-fold ministry & non-profit organization - a ministry of healing, deliverance and restoration.

Sherida is the visionary and host of the Triumphant Radio Show, which broadcasts at 108 Praise Radio, All Nations Radio,  and recently, she has been added to 2 other internet-based Radio/TV stations to bring inspirational messages to the masses.  

Sherida has also been a red carpet host for several Gospel award shows including The Prayze Factor Awards, The Stellar Awards, and most recently, appointed as a Board member for the Gospel Choice Music Awards, just to name a few.  Sherida is also the National Director for the Miss Black and Natural Pageant, headquartered in Houston, Texas.
