A kým niektorým samosprávam sa vo výstavbe nájomných bytov darí, sú aj také, ktoré stagnujú a nové byty tohto typu nepostavili už dlhé roky. Paradoxom je, že práve menšie mestá a obce idú v tomto smere dopredu. V Klube komunálnej politiky sa pozrieme na to prečo je medzi samosprávami taký rozdiel a priblížime aj aktivity občianskej iniciatívy, ktorá dlhodobo poukazuje na nutnosť výstavby nájomných bytov.
