Alex Sterner is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt under Andre Galvao of Atos BJJ. Alex earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist accreditation through the National Strength and Conditioning Association resulting in a wealth of expertise in strength and conditioning. Alex is a co-founder and head coach of Electrum Performance which is a facility that offers strength and conditioning workout programs designed for many types of athletes. Alex is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Atos Headquarters in San Diego, CA. Alex personally led the Strength and Conditioning training camp that resulted in the Atos academy winning consecutive team Gi World Championships in 2017 and 2018. This allows customers to train in the convenience of their own facility and at their own pace, with a program that’s designed to enhance client’s abilities to reach their goals.
