Newaza Podcast Episode 6: Travis and Jon, Hosts of the Elbows Tight Podcast

Today, I had the abosulte pleasure to sit down and talk to Travis and Jon who host the ver, y successful postcast, “Elbows Tight”. We had a very casual and enjoyable conversation on topics such as recovery, the blue belt “blues”, jiu-jitsu injuries, balancing your jiu-jitsu training as a honnyist with a family and a job, competition, reflecting on Jiu-Jitsu in the micro-sense and thinking about Jiu-Jitsu in a philosophical way. We also gave our non-expert opinon on jiu-jitsu positions which serve as both submission and control simultaneously. I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did engaging in it.
