7月4日、静岡地裁は静岡県牧之原市の認定こども園「川崎幼稚園」で2022年9月、当時３歳だった園児の河本千奈ちゃんを通園バスに放置し熱中症で死亡させたとして、業務上過失致死罪に問われた前園長に禁錮1年4か月の実刑判決。クラスの元担任に執行猶予のついた禁錮1年の判決を言い渡しました。この判決と、同じ問題を繰り返さないために必要な取り組みについて、保育の現場が抱える問題にくわしい労働経済ジャーナリスト、小林美希さんに伺いました。
