Η Νίκη Λάμη έχει κάνει άλματα μέσα στα χρόνια φτάνοντας στο σήμερα σε σχέση με το μέσα της και την επαφή με τον εαυτό της. Αυτό οφείλεται στην ψυχοθεραπεία αλλά και στο γεγονός ότι είναι ένα άτομο που έψαξε να δώσει απαντήσεις στα αναπάντητα ερωτήματα αλλά και στα τραύματα της παιδικής ηλικίας. Οι γονείς της, όταν έφεραν τη Νίκη στον κόσμο, ήταν πάρα πολύ νέοι. Η μητέρα της 19 ετών και ο πατέρας της 20. Αυτό είχε ως αποτέλεσμα, να μεγαλώσει στο σπίτι της κάτω από μια συνθήκη «συγκατοίκου» με τους γονείς της και όχι ως «παιδιού». Φυσικό και επόμενο αυτό να δημιουργήσει προβληματισμούς στο μέσα της, τον αντίκτυπο των οποίων διαπίστωσε μέσω δικής της συντροφικής σχέσης στην πορεία και πιο έντονα στον χωρισμό αυτής. Η Νίκη μιλά για το πως ήταν να κοιμάται μόνη της μετά από χρόνια σχέσεων, μιλά για τις κρίσεις πανικού που κάποτε ήταν εντονότερες αλλά σήμερα έχει μάθει να διαχειρίζεται αλλά και για την επιλογή της κατάψυξης ωαρίων και το πως αυτό έδρασε στο σώμα αλλά και την ψυχή της.
