Nilüfer Yanya

An Odyssey Sound Session with Nilüfer Yanya.  Last year, the British singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Nilüfer Yanya released her critically acclaimed album My Method Actor, which she created in collaboration with producer Will Archer. The album has solidified her status as one of the most interesting and thoughtful songwriters and vocalists in music right now. With 1.2 million monthly listeners, Nilüfer's impressive resume extends to supporting Adele, the XX, and Mitski, as well as headlining London's Shepherd's Bush Empire and selling out shows across Australia, Japan, Europe and the USA. She's also been remixed by Sampha, King Krule and Little Dragon, and collaborated with Bombay Bicycle Club and Liss. Nilüfer is also a founding member of the community project Artists In Transit, which supports people in displaced communities through offering creative workshops.
