In a market where it is hard to find new staff, hanging onto additional team members is critical. The world is different today than it was a year ago and even more so than two or three years ago. The challenge for business is to understand and adapt to the changing environment along with the wants and needs of their teams. Engaged team members support the organisation to attain its mission, execute its strategy, and generate significant business results. The question is: how do we keep the team engaged?
