A place where all seems lost and you don't know what to do or which direction to turn.  Our guest this week took the pain of a crushed dream and found a greater purpose.  He created a future not only for himself but he opened the doors to successful futures for others. Andy Schindling is a former professional pitcher in the Baltimore Orioles organization and is currently the Founding Executive Director of The Complete Player (TCP) Charity. Throughout his life, Andy was blessed to have many influential coaches who helped him reach his goals and turn his dreams into a reality.Now that his playing days are over, Andy is committed to developing the youth in his surrounding community and to giving back what was given to him - opportunities to excel and positive role models. As the Executive Director, The Complete Player (TCP) has awarded over 30 grants totaling over $20,000 and has impacted over 400 students through their programs.On this episode, Andy shares his story of living his dream, losing his dream and finding it all over again. This show will inspire you to never give up, never quit and to know you are truly designed for a greater purpose.
