I said in a perfect world, a balance of all three would be the best. That's not being realistic and I know how difficult that can be.Setting up a great organizational system will help alleviate many responsibilities that are currently falling on your shoulders, but you will find some duties or responsibilities that would be difficult to complete by you or your present staffs' due to lack of time or expertise."This is where outsourcing can help"Big businesses have long seen outsourcing as a strategy, and today's technology has made it a more accessible tool for small businesses, and for many, outsourcing has made a powerful impact on their growth, productivity and bottom line.
