While there are a lot of concerns about the impact of the pandemic and increasing social media exposure on children’s mental well-being, we are also shining a spotlight on whether parents’ mental health challenges are being adequately recognised and supported. Licensed counsellor Heeran Kaur joins consultant developmental paediatrician Dr Rajini Sarvananthan for this conversation.
