Around for nearly a decade, The Performing Arts League here in Chattanooga promotes youth involvement in theater, dance and music - both instrumental and vocal. The League - which includes active professionals and retirees - offers scholarships, grants, dance camps and instrument lessons to youths who might not have the funds otherwise.Margaret Green is a past president of PAL.Sasha Hitachi is a local musician and a PAL scholarship recipient - she is now in her junior year at Hamilton County Collegiate High at Chattanooga State...
