Morning Mantra: “Be picky about the energy you surround yourself with, you’re worth it.”

Some people will improve your life by being in it. Other people will improve your life by staying out. You get to decide who that is.

You can decide to protect your energy and surround yourself with people that lift you up, that bring out the best in you, that will be honest with their feelings and intentions.

You get decide to not surround yourself with negative energy that brings you down. Life is short and you only have so much time and energy to share. There’s no room or energy for drama, hate, bitterness, and jealousy.

Choose to surround yourself with people that inspire you, people who challenge you to grow, and that are right there cheering you on.
