Michael Sarnoski, director of the recent summer horror hit A Quiet Place: Day One, made his feature directorial debut with 2021's Pig starring Nicolas Cage and Alex Wolff. Pig is the story of a withdrawn farmer living in the Oregon woods with his trusted and lucrative truffle pig. When the pig is kidnapped, Cage's character embarks on a journey to find it and also maybe himself. The producers didn't have the money to hire a trainer for their porcine star for more than three days so they started shooting and hoped for the best - the pig ended up biting star Cage several times! Dan and Vicky discuss the indie critical hit along with lots of recently seen like Tuesday, Inside Out 2, The Exorcism, The Watchers, The Blackening, Daddio, and Hacks season 3.
