Plant-Based Cooking Made Easy With Audrey Dunham

from The Exam Room by the Physicians Committee · host The Physicians Committee

So you're stuck at home and probably spending a lot more time in the kitchen. For many of us, cooking three meals every day to feed an entire family takes a lot of work. Good thing there's a way to speed up the process and make it easier!   On this episode of The Exam Room™ podcast, "The Weight Loss Champion" Chuck Carroll is joined by plant-based mom and cooking expert Audrey Dunham who has some good tips for streamlining the cooking process. She even has a few ways to get the kids involved to help establish healthy habits at a young age!   Plus, Audrey shares some delicious recipes, including some yummy ideas for her vegan cookie kits at Peanuts Bake Shop. She even dishes on oil substitutions for her midnight chocolate chunk and cinnamon oatmeal cookie recipes. The latter of the two gets the banana bread treatment!   She also gives Chuck an update on how things are going at her house where she and her husband, Jeff Dunham, and their young twin sons are all hunkered down together during the coronavirus outbreak. Audrey also shares some easy ideas for getting enough exercise to stay healthy during this challenging time.   If you would like to submit a question for a doctor please tweet @ChuckCarrollWLC or @PCRM using the hashtag #ExamRoomPodcast. — — — DONATE TO PCRM Your help needed: https://pcrm.org/donate — — — Audrey Dunham IG: @AudreyEDunham Website: https://www.audreydunham.com — — — Oil Substitution Cookie Recipes   Vegan "Banana Bread" Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies Recipe: https://bit.ly/2UBG4aj   Fudgy Oil-Free Midnight Chocolate Chunk Cookies Recipe: https://bit.ly/39AqO1L — — — Peanuts Bake Shop Shop (US): http://bit.ly/peanutsshop Shop (International): http://bit.ly/peanutsshop2 — — — Chuck Carroll Twitter: @ChuckCarrollWLC IG: @ChuckCarrollWLC Facebook: https://wghtloss.cc/ChuckFacebook — — — Physicians Committee Twitter: @PCRM IG: @PhysiciansCommittee Facebook: https://wghtloss.cc/PCRMFacebook — — — Barnard Medical Center Telemedicine Appointments: https://bit.ly/BMCtelemed — — — COVID-19 Resources PCRM: https://bit.ly/PCRMcovid CDC: https://bit.ly/33DXgyF WHO: https://bit.ly/33BSeTo COVID-19 Global Map: https://bit.ly/CVID19map — — — Share the Show Please subscribe and give the show a 5-star rating on Apple Podcasts, Spotify or many other podcast providers.
