La EBP-RJ y el ICP-RJ celebró entre el 29 y el 30 de noviembre de 2019, sus XXVI Jornadas Clínicas, cuyo tema de trabajo, en consonancia con el próximo Congreso AMP 2020, giró alrededor de los Sueños. La jornada se tituló: La vida (no) es un sueño: real y sorpresa en el psicoanálisis. A lo largo del año, tanto la EBP-RJ como el ICP-RJ apoyaron una rica discusión sobre los sueños con la perspectiva que "el psicoanálisis lacaniano que se practica hoy no prescinda de la sorpresa o del sueño”. En esta orientación planteamos la pregunta: ¿es la vida un sueño o no? Entre los diversos temas y mesas de trabajo, se destacó la sesión plenaria sobre lo Real, donde los miembros de EBP / AMP pudieron dar testimonio de un trabajo epistémico consistente, generando un rico y valioso debate.
