PRESSING ON IN FAITH!

Scripture: "Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus." — Philippians 3:13-14 (NKJV) Message: Life is a journey filled with challenges, setbacks, and victories. But Paul encourages us to keep pressing forward in faith, not dwelling on past failures or distractions. Instead of being stuck in what was, we are called to focus on what God has ahead. The Christian walk is not about perfection but progress. Each day is an opportunity to grow, trust, and move closer to God’s calling. When obstacles arise, we must remember that our strength comes from Christ. He gives us the power to keep going, even when we feel weary. No matter what has happened in your past, God has greater things in store. Fix your eyes on Jesus, keep moving forward, and trust that He will guide you to victory. Today, ask yourself: Am I allowing my past to hold me back, or am I pressing forward in faith? What step can I take today to grow closer to God's calling for my life? How can I encourage someone else to keep going in their faith journey? Prayer: Almighty Father, help me to let go of the past and press on toward the calling You have for me. Give me strength to move forward in faith, trusting that Your plans are good. Help me to run this race with endurance, keeping my eyes on You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
