PS5 Scalpers think they're the good guys

However, one group of scalpers has taken offense to the idea that some people wouldn’t be happy with their bots, practices, and general ideology. Online retailers just simply are not prepared to deal with scalpers in their online marketplaces and there is little if anything Sony or Microsoft can do about it after the fact. However, there is hope on the horizon as both Xbox boss Phil Spencer and PlayStation Chief Jim Ryan have both taken note of the large number of unhappy potential customers and fans.
