👂🏻Colloquial phrases to listen for:Zut ! ✨= a mild expletive = darn it / drat. Can be used in place of other swear words and is incredibly flexible in that regard. “Zut, j'ai perdu mes clés !” (Drat! I've lost my keys!). Alt. Mince !Je m’en fiche ✨= cela m'est égal = the colloquial way to say “I don’t care”. Has a slight edge to it so don’t use if you’re trying to be polite at all, but French people say this a dozen times a day. “Ça, c'est pas mes affaires, je m'en fiche.” (That's none of my business, I don't care)une trouillarde = a chicken /a bit of a coward. Alt. (stronger) un dégonflé = wimp.
