In this episode Nicole shares that one possible next step for white allies is to support black owned businesses. Supporting black owned businesses is a purposeful option as long as it is not a one-off event. Furthermore African Americans need to practice ethno-aggregation.  Ethno-Aggregation is best defined as the voluntary concentration of individuals and their resources around their ethnic or language commonalities for the purpose of improving their economic and political competitiveness.
