Realising You Don't Need to Fix Anything by Andy Wilson

from The Never Settle Podcast · host Mel Kate

In today's episode of the The 'Never Settle' Podcast, I was my honour to sit down with my great friend and spiritual coach Andy Wilson who shares why only changing your circumstances will not bring you long lasting fulfillment. After Andy had reinvented himself more times than he cares to remember in his career to achieve a greater state of happiness and fulfilment he finally had the awareness that if he was to do it again, it wouldnt change how he felt inside, and was left with an almighty stuckness. This feeling of stuckness, and feeling broken forced Andy to realise that the changes needed to come from within himself, and not outside himself.  You see we all live our life either wanting more of something, or resisting that which we don't want, and in taking that baggage into each present moment we are never really living or enjoying life. So overtime Andy began to appreciate that it isn't what you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy but rather who you are being. Instead of saying you hate your job, start appreciating everything that the job is currently giving to you, and be who you truly are. Once you do this the world around you will change.  As Wayne Dyer always said 'Change the way you look at things and the things around you change'. Listen to Andy's inspiring story of not settling for less than true fulfillment and how everyone of us can do the same!
