Red Tier Anticipation, Breweries Reopening & Vaccination Progress

Then, Mari discusses San Diego County's expected to move into the red tier, which means less restrictions on restaurants, theaters, gyms and more. Another big change takes place today that allows breweries, distilleries and wineries that don't serve food to be able to open outdoors with modifications.
