She describes her early struggles with hope and how she started thinking differently about it. She outlines the learned lies and uncultivated truths surrounding hope. Catherine also reveals how hope can create a world of deeper connection and love and underscores how we all have an internal wellspring of hope that never runs out.“Hopelessness is a mind trick—there is no tube of hope that we squeeze and run out of.
