Summary

In this episode Cheila and Clinton discuss the logistics, benefits, disadvantages and security risks the remote working brings. Whilst it’s great to be away from others and not having the constant interruptions while in the office, long term, this type of working could affect the personal wellbeing. However, it depends on the culture of the person and the mindset of the person in question. For some people, remote working is their life and it is perfect for them, for others, it’s not. Some people needs to be in the office and away from home to feed focus and few like they are working and keeping focus.
